Childcare Worker

Responsible for supervision of unit children at all times, distribution of medication and recording all medical difficulties. Plan and supervise all social activities. Keep a log of each child's behavior. Must have High School diploma or GED. Prefer Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience. CREEKSIDE - Full time, days.

On-call Therapist

Provides crisis assessments within a group home setting. Hourly stipend for hours not called in. Hourly rate for time on unit assessing and/or in the process of having client hospitalized. Must have Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and live within 30 minutes of Elgin , IL . One position is 5 pm – 9 am Monday – Friday. Second position is 5 pm – 9 am Friday afternoon through Monday morning and holidays, in which on-call rotation will consist of approximately 15 days per month.
