The 4th Annual Fine Art Gala "Do you see what I feel" Friday, October 1st 5:30p.m. to 9 p.m. Elgin Country Club 2575 Weld Road Elgin, IL We have a special evening planned for you...an evening of fine spirits, gourmet appetizers, beautiful works of art, accompanied by lovely piano music. Our Fine Art Gala will take place at the Elgin Country Club again this year. Distinguished artists Suzanne Poursine Massion, Mary Beth Miller Lies, Cory McCrory and new this year from Awakenings Project, Mike Pickerl and Julie Hough, will be displaying original works for sale and auction. The evening will include a silent auction, offering an opportunity to bid on works of fine art, an assortment of gift baskets, and a grand-prize raffle for an overnight stay for two at the Hilton Chicago hotel located on the "Cultural Michigan Avenue Mile" overlooking Grant Park, Lake Michigan and Museum Campus, two theatre tickets to any performance handled by Broadway in Chicago, dinner for two at Bandera Restaurant and a romantic carriage ride both on the Magnificent Mile! For additional information, please call Sharon Prizy at 847-695-5656 x263.     15th Annual Sweetheart Auction On Saturday, February 5, 2011, The Larkin Center will be hosting their Fifteenth Annual Sweetheart Auction at the Chicago Marriott Northwest in Hoffman Estates. This is a premier social and charitable event attended by over 300 people. The Sweetheart Auction is a fundraising event at which volunteer bachelors and bachelorettes represent various date packages, which are then auctioned off to our guests. The date packages consist of dinner certificates, show tickets, game tickets, and various other date-related items.  The evening also includes a silent auction, a live auction for a fabulous getaway and a 50/50 raffle.
